Mine is: my emotions and the main one is: panic. I noted some trades where if I stayed in a few hours I would've made 3-4 points on each. Yet I get out of panic Hi Jill...that is my number one problem. Almost 70% of trades that I exit and become winners the same day comes from fear. And I'm not talking about capital preservation. I personally believe that I exit from lack of confidence in the trade (read, not confident in my own charting/research.) Good Luck. -dave
