Jill: I could ramble on and on about what works and does not work for me on any given day. Referring to good days and bad days. I am fully capable of each. Checkout these discussions from Ispec on some of these issues before Sunday night and see if they describe you and me. I think so. intelligentspeculator.com Also getting a handle or good understanding of this Dunnigan bar count method has helped me. Maybe it was just something different for me to think about while 'in the trade' and so the only thought available was not 'panic/fear'. It gives me other things to focus on to see if the Bar Count method works. In many cases it does. and so panic/greed/fear takes a backseat to UNDERSTANDING for a while. intelligentspeculator.com Learning is rewarding, it's the UNLEARNING of panic/fear/greed that is so hard to show someone. You must UNLEARN the old stuff on your own. I know I know , unlearning my little treasures is humiliating and filled with uncertainity. But so be it. Much is gained from unlearning as learning. Unlearning leaves a void in thought process so it must be filled with new reliable info. From Teresa, the Ispec site and Egroups files in the TMC area have much good stuff to replace that void of 'old ideas' I am kicking out. All the best, Roger
