Richard, I noticed the following passage in a note that Kirk sent to you over on S101: TOS - YOU are in violation of our Terms of Service. YOU are only allowed one screen name here and I have caught you posting to yourself. PLEASE send a note to management to remove one of our screen names and combine your posts. Choose a new name if you want complete anomoninity (SP?), but you can not use multiple names here. BTW, your posts on Brinkerbots are silly...egging RamblingMan on... Some pots should look in the mirror at the black kettles and clean up their own acts. SHAME ON YOU and DAN! Just wondering if this information is true...

My opinion is that when someone lists only negative facts about you and repeatedly leaves out the positive facts Richard, who does this? Most of his critics have posted areas where they think he has been helpful and correct. You need to get your blinkers off and actually read the posts. There is a lynch mob mentality developing over there. Sometimes our first impression is not the correct one. RamblinMan posted some 60 times only occasionally interrupted by others. He posted 19 times just this morning. His posts include ugly personal attacks (he called someone a child molester and mentally ill) and they do not move the discussion anywhere. His purpose is obviously to disrupt. He was warned, he agreed to mend his ways and then he promptly started in again. Many have complained about his behavior. Why shouldn't he be booted? Bob Brinker's web site booted critics. They did so in secret, without warning and without telling those remaining what they did. That is offensive censorship behavior. What Suite101.com is doing is open and supportable. I don't know if they will boot him but I think they should. I think the folks who frequent the Suite need to develop a longer fuse. Richard, you're mad at Kirk for telling you (I guess it was you, hard to tell) that you violated TOS by having 2 screen names. Perhaps you need to chill along with everyone else. ++++++++++ Thank you for pointing out my misdirected link. It was working when I posted it. I guess the Suite101.com link takes you to the latest messages (which was correct when I posted it). I'm not sure how to fix that. I believe it's post number 7204 by smile_1 at about 9:30 a.m. that started the discussion of betas and portfolio returns.
