His latest film was intentionally photographed with a high quality Sony bought of the shelf in an average store.

Thanks Chip, I appreciate that...<g> I shot that picture in Alaska about six years ago just outside of Skagway, that small old mining town was one of the most captivating and scenic places there, a depth of character in that town, although all of Alaska was appealing to the eye... soon enough I'll begin filming "The Twilight's Last Gleaming" on Sony equipment right off the shelf too and Sony has already offered to convert it to 72 mm, much like Lee's work was done... you may recall I had mentioned that to you when we saw you in Boston... today's off the shelf equipment will also accommodate post production sound input, and it's a heck of alot less expensive too.....
