Pierre,
Lieberman's religious beliefs pass your muster but Ashcroft's don't and you call Carolyn F."scary"?
Then you presume to categorize her comments as belonging on the "right wing extremist thread". In other words, she's not PC (by your standards). Not to worry however, in a week it will all be over.
Alec Baldwin may be headed to France soon. Alone, too, I might add. Hitch a ride back with him.

since when did this thread become political except as it affects qcom business.

Pierre, you give every appearance of being a left wing apologist--spouting back hook, line and sinker the latest spin line. Faceit, the whole AG thing is all about pay back and exciting various interest groups so the Dems can raise money.

I am frankly a lot more interested in Ashcroft's anti-trust and trade views; I have no doubt that the man will do his best as attorney general and we will all be able sleep at night. His pristine moral views will only result in a Justice Department that will not cotton to corruption inside government or violation of our constitutional rights.
