My view is that everything except energy stocks are over-priced or generously priced and that we are still in the earlier stages of a godawful bear market.

Valutaions simply are not there.

In my view, people who try to jump back in are just going to lose out, for the most part.

There never has developed anything approaching the down and out pessimism of a real bear market bottom.
