Let's see now, before he was president, Clinton was out of the country how many times (don't count the time he ran away, stopping in Moscow to protest against the U.S.). It will be interesting to see how many times Bush has to "wag the dog" to divert attention from his personal deficiencies. Bush stopped his drinking; Clinton hasn't stopped sh*tting on normal standards of behavior. What a pathetic man. Even more pathetic are his "he has done, and can do, no wrong" supporters. Phooey!
