Thanks Opus, you're going to love Perry Kaufman's Book. When I was at the Big Technical Analysis conference
in Dallas in Oct. I heard several people reference his work.

One of the things I had on the very short term NASD chart was a Linear Regression line with channels. I've
gained a ton of respect for it, after looking at it in greater detail after sitting through a presentation that
Barbara Rockefeller gave at the Dallas TAG 22 conference.

Her talk was staying out of trouble with LR and trendchannels in the FX market.

I've been using it on 5 minute bar charts on stocks etc using time periods of 5 to 8 to 12 days and it's
pretty unbelievable how stocks will top and bottom, short term when they hit these channels. ARBA and
CMRC did it around 2 PM eastern the day that ARBA's earnings come out, PDLI had a 20 point rally or so this
past week and stopped for quite a while at the LR.

the thing with these LR's and channels is that they can come up at areas that are not apparent using MA's
Elliot, Fibonacci work, trendlines etc.
