Your arguments are irrelevant, he's being selected for U.S. Attorney General to enforce the laws, not to change them, I think he'll make a fine Attorney General... when did you become Bush's advisor on Cabinet selection matters?

Perhaps the reason people constantly ask questions about his racial views is that they need to generate a smoke screen and are afraid he may be the polar opposite of Janet Reno by actually enforcing all the laws instead of devoting most of his energy covering up for the President.
