Street Hawk is right, many of the Euro countries suck - I was just in Spain and I thought I was in Mexico in many ways! In addition do not forget about the socialist attitude, France even has a Communist Party with representatives in the government. It remains to be seen how this experiment plays out, many see it fraught with failure, of course it benefits the weaker players.
