Set it and forget it!!!!!

LOL! I have one of the Showtime Rotisseries as well and as soon as I close the door....the whole family yells "Set it and forget it!!" (Sorry guys, you have to own one or have seen the commercials to know what we are referring to!!)

We have cooked cornish hens, a small roast and a pork tenderloin on ours and they all turn out wonderful.....very juicy with the nice outside crust! My next attempt will be the little basket filled with salmon steaks or some lobster tails. Do you inject your roast with a marinade? I used a garlic/soy marinade to inject the pork tenderloin and it was very good.

I love your grill.....is yours stainless steel?

Very nice grill...I need a bigger backyard......too many fabulous grills out there I need to try. <g>

I've got a rotissere for mine but it's not a Showtime. What's different? More importantly....what am I missing out on?
