Mike M: VIX is losing its value because of the Holders, Index instruments & their hedges. As the NAZ is now detached from the NYSE, it may be time for the NAZ to have its own NIX.

The use of the VIX for assessing NAZ market timing may be questionable.

The VIX has a 21-day stochastic of 14.
