Bush doesn't run his administration. I believe it!!! I learned today that Bush has an MBA. On the radio the other night there was a summary of what the MBA degree will not do for you: 1) you learn a great deal about many subjects, but you don't study any subject in depth. 2) You follow procedures. You do not rely on reason. In Mr. Bush' case, the metaphor used is that you learn to color by numbers. 3) In order to be a leader a person needs CURIOSITY about history and about the world.. Mr. Bush is not a curious person. According to today New York Times, Mr. Bush learned from his father that John Quincy Adams was the only other President's son that had ever been elected to office. Mr. Bush has only traveled outside of the country two or three times during his entire life and he went to MEXICO! At some point in time, a great leader will have to make decisions. And Mr. Bush can't, because as you say, "he doesn't run his administration" in Texas.
