See my edit. It's fine while you are in a thread, but once outside of a thread, they increase.

They are using CSS, Cascading Style Sheets, you can't see where the problem is, unless you are the programmer.

The old fashion way of HTML, you, the user, could see potential problems in the page source code. I think this one is just a CSS config.

Just a guess.
