You ARE arguing so this:" I don't argue on SI with anyone and I'm not going to with you." is a lie (and shall we mention the word "hypocritical"?). When a person will tell one lie, who knows how many more they will tell? I already knew it was hurting people. But it is clearly hurting them more than I could have hoped. But this is compassionate pain- I hope it will make Sherry and Co. grow and become the kind of martyrs you obviously desire to be. Good luck with that. edit- you can furnish me with a list of people who are hurt by my remarks- if I see anyone worthy on it. I might discuss their pain in private with them. Your public remarks are quite dramatic, but lack that real depth of feeling one likes to see in good melodrama.
