Judicial Watch is attempting to look at some of the over votes using forensic techniques.

I am glad that they are doing so, but I personally doubt that anything will be able to be proven.

>>I understand in some precincts more than 100% of the registered democrats voted.<< What is your source for that?

>>It's suspicious to say the least when over 90% of a precinct votes for a specific candidate.<< You may want to report your suspcions to the Idaho Secretary of State. I notice that Bush got 85% of the vote cast in the entire COUNTY of Franklin. He no doubt got over 90% in some of the precincts there. Fraud if I have ever seen it!

Exactly right, Les. I have been arguing on other threads that the abnormally large % of double votes in certain Palm Beach precincts (19,000, or about 5% compared to about .5% elsewhere indicates fraud). Especially when in these same precincts, the Bush vote is substantially lower than the Republican vote in the state races, and the Gore vote is dramatically higher than the Democrat vote in the state races. Why are these ballots not inspected? The finding of a substantial no. of Bush - Gore double punches would provide compelling evidence of fraud.

Dear Les: Yes, I have read that too. Here in Palm Beach County if you recall there was a Democrat ACTUALLY CAUGHT with a votomatic in his car (police forced him to open the trunk even though he DENIED having it). It was briefly reported upon and then SUDDENLY dropped. Witnesses said he had been going from one precinct to another with it. It is believed that it may have been used to create a number of the overvotes but then we will never know. That is one good reason for banning the punch card system. JDN
