Sarkie, I have to admit that I have never cooked artichokes! Is there a special way to go about picking them out.....special characteristics to look for....some you avoid?

I love that recipe and want to try it. <g>

My family loves artichokes. We sometimes just eat them and nothing else.

I've never used Italian seasonings, I'll have to try it, sounds terrific.
