The issue of equal access will extend into the wireless venue too, when a broad-based, dominant player emerges. Provided, however, that such a provider could make their service attractive over an extended period of time. I suspect that there will be speed-related issue, caused by congestion and a limited number of OSes supported _or_ due to congestion early on, that may mitigate the possibilities of such a scenario from materializing in most geographic areas. But in principle, I don't see any reason why equal access should be any different for wireless as it has been for wireline and now cable.
