After looking at it in more detail though for the short and intermediate term it is a good deal for XIRC shareholders since the earnings were quite abit off projections(.01 vs .13). I know that Intel knows the long term value of the stock/company I bet that there would have been alot more grumbling if the earning met estimates. Been lucky this last 6 months having 2 stocks that had alot of cash being bought out(Other being PCOR). Anyone have any thoughts on the opening price of the stock tomorrow? Looking to sell tomorrow.

Zeev, and Thread, any thoughts on someone else bidding the deal up? Did XIRC accept the offer? I added XIRC the last day of '00 looking for a rebound but don't have a real good sense of what an adequate buyout price is. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks in advance.
