It does almost look like some of Sulpizio's sales might be tax related since he +exercised $11 mill worth of stock options worth $3.38 per share on Jan 31 2000 (near when he became President I think.) Therefore maybe some of his sales now are to offset those gains.

Are we confusing the filing of a rule 144 form with the actual selling of the shares.
Restricted stock requires the filling out of a form which asks how many shares you INTEND to sell not how many you have sold or are selling.
Your post leads me to believe it was only a rule 144 filing and not a sale.
