That is correct, but the company may still want to incorporate an announcement regarding the rumuored foundry in to the call---perhaps give the foundry's expected output capacity when it comes on line--- or something to that effect. The fact that the company is saying "sometime during the next two weeks" makes me think that the underlying accounting is completed, but that the call is waiting for some kind of deal to be completed. Neverthess, there could be so many possible reasons for the "delay" that is hardly worth speculating. Hopefully the reason is positive rather than negative. It could also be argued that there is no "delay" since the company never announced an official earnings date to begin with. Best, Huey
