with the Xircom division profits adding to Intel's core profits?

Xircom's most valuable product was the REX micro PDA they just released in Dec and pulled back from the market shortly thereafter. Intel got this company cheaply since they had over $14 in CASH on the books. It looks like Intel gets a PDA product, innovative wireless networking products and strong PC card offerings for about $400 M NET.
