Diversifying is one thing but selling 320,000 out of 336,000 shares is called bailing out big time.
16,000 shares is squat for his position in the company.

Sulpulzio may be eliminating his shares in Qualcomm since he will be president of spinco--to avoid any "conflict of interest."
