That's probably the problem- a total difference in perception. The "charcters" here, seem about as real as characters in a book (less so actually, since most books I read are much better written). It seems terrible to me that people think the virtual world is real, or to be trapped in it- it's like being trapped in a book or a video game. That's just sad. Of course there are truly awful things going on in the world, real tragedies- and since I tend to prioritize things people's tribulations on a forum that seems imaginary to me, will always seem pretty trivial. I don't think I can change that. But I am sorry if it bothers you.
