Honey, if that piece of tripe is "the record" then I'm Ru Paul. If you believe that piece comes close to an objective report of the Clinton presidency, you and I will never be able to have a meaningful conversation on the topic.

And what's more, I think Donna Shalala and Jocelyn Elders had it so right. Children need to be taught how to masturbate, for a number of reasons: first to learn about how their bodies function and what pleases them so they can be good sexual partners, and second because masturbation is safe sex. As far as "condoms saving humanity", that's pretty damn close to the truth. Whether we approve or not, many adolescents will be sexually active and have multiple partners. The consistent use of condoms is well-documented as a first-strike measure against AIDS and other STD's, not to mention pregnancy.
