Good. I spent a winter in Santa Monica. Lived in a motel about 10 or 15 blocks straight up from the pier. I think it was Wilsher Blvd. I was working at the Air Port and couldn't find a decent motel any where close to it. So I made the 20 minute drive north. I believe it was in 79 and it rained like hell that year. Used to go down to the pier, eat and hang out. One of my better experiences working away from home.
