a point to keep in mind for the rest of this winter and spring, most all of the competitors in this sector call California home. Davis is going to screw this electric power problem up big time. tax payers are going to become whole sale electric power brokers as these smart guys and gals in Sacramento look to dip into the surplus. rate have just gone up 15% for the next 90 days and you can bet on another rate increase in april. there is a rumor that BofA is having problems after lending PGE a couple of billion to buy electricity. these clowns have no long term solutions in play yet and no one has addressed the $10 billion debt that SC Edison and PGE have already run up. interphase's price advantages in HBAs maybe up some 10-20% by summer. thank you environmentalist!
