Ant, I have taken advantage for buying goods and services, but not for investing. I don't use margin as leverage, just as legally defined in optons and futures. But I love 0% interest. My only problem is the shortness of the dates. Lots of paperwork for a short lifespan. But worth it if you get a decent limit on the card.

Be Careful.
Make sure there is no transaction fees or other "fine print" hidden costs.

If there are none go ahead an do it.
However, I was given a $20,000 line from one of these places, tried to get the entire $20,000 (by transferring a home equity line of credit-LOL) which was revolving and I would have known exactly what to do in three months.
Unfortunately they decided that I was too risky. Transaction denied.

Therefore do not be greedy like I was.
