Now back to AMCC
If you are a big holder of AMCC, those puts will be cheap protection
Don't like that Idea
from all the imfo I have, options are a depreciating asset and those should be sold (not those puts inparticular)

The better play IMO would be to sell calls as a hedge that way I get paid for my Insurance
I sold the feb 80's fri for 9 1/4
as you can tell I do not think I need much protection
the reason I like selling options is that their is always a repair stategy even if you are dead wrong

looking for 20% + sequential growth not counting mmc #'s

The markets reaction to ARBA's #'s spooked me a little
