Dear Ken: No, I am saying he won the recount of the UNDER VOTES (the supposedly uncounted votes) in Dade county. If you consider anything that LOOKS like a vote INCLUDING dimpled chads with NO LIGHT going through he picked up an additional 6 votes over Gore. If you consider, more likely, dimples WITH light showing through only he picked up several hundred votes. It was DADE county that the Democrats had to pick up a number of votes in to swing the election results. It didnt happen. They are still in the process of recounting the entire state but very unlikely other areas less Democrat in nature would change the outcome. I have no URL this was first read by me in the Palm Beach Post Sunday morning edition and later repeated on all the news shows during the day Monday. JDN
