yes my thoughts are the same...you can begin to take some positions ahead of the FED meeting...they need to cut another .50..for the markets to move up..anything less could be a disaster...so while you can buy and hold..always keep a trailing loose stop in place on those profits..
the HOLDERS are an excellent proxy for the semis and the SOX index..trades like a stock etc...

many people in the trading room are in it with me..i am long mid 40's..

as for buying and holding...the major problem is selecting the right sector's and stocks...otherwise your not going to make any real money...
