I am pretty sure they would maintain a modest R&D program, John. I belive continuing operations (non ADS)spent 399 thousand on R and D in the third quarter, but 300 thou of that was Micronet. The balance of the rest was ITG.
( always hurts to lose the title game, but your Raiders had a great year. Looks like they are BACK!)
