Avoid Using Fedex 1-2-3 Day Service Too

I can't believe how unmotivated the drivers and customer service people are now. The service is terrible. Driver's could not give a fig. Customer service people will tell you anything just to get you off the phone. What's worse, they give you advice on how to handle a situation that is counter productive. This Company is going down the tube's fast. It's really tragic to see such a slow motion train wrek, but that's what's happening with this Company.

I strongly recommend you invest in UPS instead.
They are far superior now in every way possible.

Now all "Brown" has to do is negotiate more
contracts with shippers to get Fedex off
their preferred shippers lists.
When enough customers like me complain to vendor shippers
how horrible Fedex is getting, they'll switch soon enough.
