You are correct re: INQ's volatility. I hadn't looked, assuming with the trading range that they would be cheap.

GV, What I meant was that in the money Jan 35 put is sold without practically ANY premium. You can short INTC just by buying it. Yes, INTC was in trading range and it's only 4 days before expiration, but usually before earnings you'd be charged some "risk premium". That means people why sell this put have no fear.
