I would suggest Texas too but I think migration to Texas from other countries/states (other than Mexico) is relativiely low. there are people from every country in Houston, but Mexico and latin Amer is certainly the biggest %. you'd be surprised at the all the people from central america, and places like Columbia. Have you seen Traffic?
