I would suggest Texas too but I think migration to Texas from other countries/states (other than Mexico) is relativiely low. there are people from every country in Houston, but Mexico and latin Amer is certainly
the biggest %.

you'd be surprised at the all the people from central america, and places like Columbia.

lots and lots of Ca transplants here in Tx. They have driven the cost of housing through the roof. The 350-800K housing mkt is very tight
