If this is a small town- it is inhabited by phantoms The people here are not 3 dimensional they are caricatures (imo) some more than others I did not mean to imply that the record of what is done here by 3d creatures is not "real" but rather that it is a flat, and ultimately very limited and sometimes dangerous and illusory place- where people try on forms totally unlike their real form, where people strut stuff, they do not have, where people draw people in to emotional snares in ways not available in 3d- and where people often delude themselves about what they are (which helps greatly to delude others). You can reinvent yourself on SI simply by quitting and paying up again under a new alias. This is almost the ultimate in anonymity if you want it to be.
