Quote.com Q Charts (Lycos) have proven to be extremely incompetent at this point. In my experience any company that deteriorates at this pace never gets back on track. Having two accounts the better part of 3 years I canceled both this morning. Making matters worse I recommended the service to good friends in the past. Several of them have been on my phone this morning.

Until they get the Boston servers sorted out (mrkt hours and permissions not functioning properly), I think that the Herndon farm is the best bet. Although you then suffer from bursting quotes instead of the smoother run on Boston.

If you do use Boston, you must accept that the 15th is currently seen as a trade day (which it was not), and you must use your "old" password to access it. But you avoid price bursts. fwiw.
