I'd be the first one to say that all publications (no matter what the revenue model is) have a certain degree of subjectivity, but I'd be interested to learn of other FO publications that do not have advertising as part of their revenue model. I'm not trying to be facetious, but truly am interested in the names of those publications. Thanks.

Well, let's just say not as inclusive as we would like. I thought it was interesting on reading through Khosla's presentation on broadband to find that he was able to get through the whole subject, even the part on infrastructure, without mentioning GLW or JDSU.
