CSCO will run up on INTC and AMCC earnings news, as it sinks in that the internet, server, optical and regular router, market buildup and build out is not over, but recovering fast, faster than the rest of the Fed wounded market. The improved breadth, advancers and decliners, shows the market under the surface is strong, and we can expect the high end, the 40% POP RALLY fast and furious as many predict. We are positioning for the Bush Inauguration and FOMC 2 day meeting at end of the month, OPECs move prove that money will move out of Utilities and other safe haven oil related petrochemicals and drugs and back into techs.
