Hi Robert, Pardon my sarcasm, but I think kicking the downtrodden as they begin to raise there head in a bottoming action is just another way of picking up the final low price accumulation just before the momentum indicators prove the rise to be in effect. It is part of the final shakeout process. I'm buying this dip as if it was a gift. Bob

Robert...good point. Who doesn't know that the semis are going to be in the pot for a couple of quarters? INTC's forward warnings would have been enough to cut stocks in half a month ago. Most of my semi - related holdings were weak, weak, weak today, nevertheless. Offset by rises in smallcap and midcap funds. Kind of a blah day. I'll be sticking with a boatload of semi and semi cap eqt stocks. Might not be all that smart, but I like the risk/reward possibilities.... We'll see. tso
