The people that are owed money IE Qcom/GSTRF wont forclose IMHO, there is virtually no worth to them in doing so. On the other hand they can continue selling Equiptement in the meanwhille and wait to see if IN Flight network succeeds. I expect LOR and Qcom to be given millions of shares in place of debt. At that point i would consider going long the stock. I believe once GSTRF debt is restructured to equity they will have plenty of time to get Data service up. In many ways the Teleco debalicle helps GSTRF cause it will dramaticly slow down Teleco buildouts, especially in ticiary areas.
