Indeed Gary, when! I am ignorant of technicalities, but it is sooner than later, sooner than later! Look at Yahoo! after they posted results! In any case, I believe all of us have walked through the valley od death in the past three months of 2000. I am confident rate cuts we sould be on the way up!
