"slower growing economy isn't nearly so relevant"

I believe the slowing economy IS relevant, very relevant, to Cisco. Slowing economy = lower stock prices. Lower stock prices hurt Cisco more than anyone else because Cisco is so dependent upon buying other companies (with their stock) for their growth. NT's and JNPR's growth is not as intertwined with their stock price AND NT and JNPR already CONTROL (or appear to be gaining control in JNPR's case) tornado markets. Cisco does not control any tornado(ing) market. They need to buy their way in (or buy their way into another tornado(ing) market).
