That's interesting. Who picks the trustee? Is there one trustee per series of bonds, or are they all lumped as one?

If memory serves, one series of notes has a coupon due next month, but the other two are paid up until June (somebody check this, please)

Is default the day after non-payment or is there an automatic 30 day grace period?

The marketing was bad because...

Ok, so a couple of questions. First, if the marketing folks at G* are that brain-dead, is there really any hope or realistic expectation that will change if by some miracle G* avoids debt-free and non-bankrupt?

Related question is, obviously, anybody buying in at a buck a share?
