That would appear to be correct (with the editorial comment that I remember them saying $350 M, not $320 M.

In the cc they did say that they expect a reversal of the downturn in the second half on 2001, which is also what you are saying.

NB, they aren't supremely confident that things will actually turn out that way.

As for what the stock price does, that's a wholly different matter. I'm just reporting what was said in the cc. Perhaps there are some readers out there who appreciate that, I don't know.
