What is that flag telling you?

Not a bigie. The flag was in reference to my earlier statement about "countervailing" manipulation. Based on Max Pain one would infer that it would be to the MM's advantage to "raise" the price of ARBA. The counterintuitive slew of downgrades however may indicate that someone has a powerful interest in keeping the price low to say unwind a large short position. In such a situation it could be in the MM's favor to keep the price down. I have no way of knowing. I'd just be cautious.

Max Pain was one my all time favorite linebackers, he could really make you pay on the option.
