Michael,

If you've looked at it yet, do you plan to sell your ALLR or take and hold the Macromedia shares?

Thanks, Shane

Michael,

Do you follow Ralston Purina or Nestle, and do you have an expectation for anti-trust concerns with the deal? The combined company could have around 40% marketshare in petfood in U.S. (RAL has about 29% or so and Nestle has about 11%).

RAL has increased to $31.50 and the price of the deal is $33.50/share, so it seems most are betting it goes through, but I guess I have concerns. If you had RAL would you cut and run at this point or hold on for potential merger?

Thanks, Shane
