Almost as if they're going for the (AMD) jugular. Trying to rationalize it some more, I guess you don't very often get two things like 0.13 and 300 mm lining up concurrently.

does anybody how INTC set their cap ex budget? once its set, do they change it or is it set in stone.

TER just announced. next 2 quarters should see lower revenues and earnings.
