Hi Tim - thx for the explanation. I don't ve a position in XIRC. It was actually my old favorite and I almost followed Zeev going in, except I was too leveraged and I thought I could wait b/c it just pulled its PDA off the mkt for a bug fix. I ve never used its products but it seems to have a good reputation. The fact that it could price its products above COMS and stay in the game may speak with a lot of volume. My guess is that INTC got a bargain [I believe INTC has been a minority shareholder and a OEM for a few yrs]

Btw, I am getting a feeling this is a repeat of 1997. The deep pockets are picking up a lot of assets on the cheap
