>> NEW YORK (CBS.MW) - The Dow Industrials took the lead Tuesday, buttressed by its old-economy components, <<

But you said value has "won again". The Dow hasn't been winning as of late. Including today's gain it's only been up 3 out of the last 7 days. I hardly call that winning "again". Furthermore, even after today's nice gain the Dow is about 550 points lower than it's recent high the day the Fed cut. The Nasdaq closed higher today than the intraday high the day the Fed cut! Not 5% lower like the Dow.

So you see Victor, like I told you before it's all a matter of perspective!
